They chose white asparagus, a prestigious product ideal for the local sandy soils.<\/p>\n

Balancing excellence and environmental respect, the family group decided to turn the farm into an organic asparagus operation. The quality of Uza’s white asparagus is recognized by renowned chefs such as Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Passard, and Christian Le Squer of George V.<\/p>\n
